MMA CIRCUIT
The MMA circuit sessions are designed around drills, techniques and movements used within MMA. They aim to build your fitness, strength and stamina and will push you to your limit.
These sessions can be used individually as an alternative fun way to keep fit or as part of your martial arts training. The sessions run for 45 mins and work on the principle of quality over quantity. The circuits will be intense and are designed so that you must work hard through out, slackers need not apply.
The MMA circuit sessions are suitable for all whether you want to get fit, loose weight or have fun, you do not have to take part in the martial arts classes to take part in these. They run every Friday 6.15-7.00 pm and Sunday morning 11.00-11.45 pm, all are welcome.
