ASSISTANT MMA COACH

Ian has been training in some form of martial arts since he was 16. He started with 6 months in kickboxing with Revolution Martial Arts before quickly moving on to MMA. He continued with Revolution for 1 1/2 years. When 12 Gauge MMA opened its doors Ian was one of its first students.

Ian was the first student of 12 Gauge MMA to compete out of the club, making his semi professional debut in early 2010. He has built himself an undefeated record of 3-0-0 and continues to be part of 12 Gauge MMAs competition team.

Matt selected Ian to be an assistant coach due to his hard work and high skill set. Working closely with Matt Ian has extensive knowledge of the syllabus used at 12 Gauge MMA and has an excellent teaching style to pass this knowledge on
